WHAT TO INCLUDE IN YOUR BRIEF
Send your audience, objective, dimensions, copy, logo files, references and intended print or digital use. Include the printer template if the design will be produced.
FROM BRIEF TO DELIVERY
- Share the project. Send your goals, references, deliverables and deadline through our online quote form.
- Confirm the scope. We define price, milestones, deposit if required, revision allowance and delivery formats in writing.
- Review and approve. Feedback and approvals keep the project aligned. New requirements may need an updated quote and schedule.
- Receive the agreed files. Final files and usage rights are delivered according to the project agreement after the required payment.
Payment is through a Shopify invoice link. Sticker Labs operates online; there is no walk-in storefront or local pickup.
PROJECT QUESTIONS
How many revisions and file types are included?
Your written quote specifies included revision rounds, final file formats and usage rights. Additional concepts, editable source files and changes outside the accepted scope require agreement.
Can I cancel a project?
Cancellation charges depend on the agreed work completed and disclosed, approved nonrecoverable costs. Unused prepaid balances are refunded according to the agreement and applicable law. See our service policies for details.
How do I get an accurate quote?
