REQUEST A QUOTEPhysical products
These policies cover custom stickers, labels, business cards, signage and other printed goods sold by Sticker Labs. Your accepted quote or product listing identifies the quantity, finished dimensions, material, finish, included work, price and delivery arrangements. Product options and availability must be confirmed before payment. Taxes and shipping are disclosed before checkout or invoice payment.
Artwork and written proof approval
You must have permission to use the artwork, text, logos and other materials you provide. We may decline work that infringes others' rights or that we cannot lawfully produce. Providing artwork gives us permission to use it only as needed to quote, prepare and fulfill your project, including sharing necessary files with our production partners.
Match artwork to the ordered finished size and proportions, with bleed and safe areas according to the final print template. We review the file and provide a production proof for your written approval. Uploading a file, viewing a 3D preview or making payment does not approve the proof. Check spelling, contact details, dimensions, placement, quantity and cut lines carefully.
Screen previews are illustrative. Screen and printed colors can differ. Material performance, adhesives, thickness, outdoor use and other specifications apply only as confirmed in the listing or quote. A material defect or a substantial departure from the approved specification is still eligible for review.
Production, shipping and delays
We confirm estimated production and shipping timing before accepting payment. Production requires payment, complete print-ready files and written proof approval. Changes or missing information can require an updated schedule, which we will communicate. Carrier transit estimates are separate from production estimates; any guaranteed date must be expressly agreed in writing.
If we cannot ship within the agreed shipping time, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer the applicable choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund. We do not use this policy to remove legally required cancellation or refund rights. Contact us if a shipment is missing, damaged or delayed so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Sticker Labs operates online, with no walk-in storefront or local pickup.
Changes, cancellations and returns
Contact labssticker@gmail.com as soon as you need a change or cancellation. Before production begins, we will explain whether any separately approved design work or other disclosed, incurred charges apply and refund the remaining amount. We will not charge an undisclosed blanket cancellation fee.
Once custom production begins, changes or change-of-mind cancellations may not be possible, and correctly produced custom goods are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not exclude remedies for defects, incorrect fulfillment, shipping failures or other rights required by law.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
Please report problems within 14 days after delivery. Send your order number, a description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Retain the items and packaging while we review the issue. Do not return items without instructions. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate reprint, replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping when the problem is our responsibility. This reporting request does not shorten mandatory consumer rights.
Errors clearly present in a proof you approved are generally not production defects; we will explain any paid reprint options. We remain responsible for producing the approved specification correctly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
Creative and digital services
These policies cover graphic design, artwork preparation, web development, 3D modeling, animation and related creative work.
Scope, deposits and revisions
Before work begins, we provide a written quote or project agreement describing deliverables, file formats, price, payment milestones, schedule, included revision rounds and any third-party costs. Deposits, if required, are credited toward the project price. Each project specifies its deposit and included revision allowance before payment.
Revisions within the accepted scope use the included allowance. New concepts, additional formats, new pages or functions, and changes to approved work may require an additional quote. We obtain approval before starting additional paid work. Customers must provide accurate content, usable assets, needed access and timely feedback; delays can require a revised schedule.
Cancellation, delivery and ownership
If a service project is canceled, charges are based on agreed work completed and disclosed, approved nonrecoverable costs. Any unused prepaid balance is refunded, subject to the written project agreement and applicable law. A deposit is not automatically forfeited merely because it is called a deposit.
Final deliverables and the usage or ownership rights included are identified in the project agreement and released as agreed after the required payment. Editable source files, unused concepts, hosting, maintenance, domains and third-party licenses are included only when expressly listed. Third-party assets remain subject to their license terms. We do not promise exclusivity for licensed assets.
Please report delivery problems or departures from the agreed scope promptly. We will review the issue and propose correction, completion or an appropriate refund. We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, revenue or third-party platform approval. Portfolio publication of nonpublic customer work requires permission.
